Can I start without a credit card?

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you charge GST?
Prices are GST-exclusive. 15% GST is added at checkout for New Zealand-based businesses.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from Settings, no long-term contract. Your data is retained for a period after cancellation in case you come back; contact us if you'd like it removed sooner.
Is my data secure? Where is it stored?
Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, in the New Zealand region where available, with encryption in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and sub-processors.
What payment methods do you support?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe, our payment processor.
Is Trade Pilot AI only for tradespeople?
No. Trade Pilot AI is designed for service businesses and SMEs across finance, lending, insurance, accounting, legal and immigration services, property and trades, health and personal care, education, hospitality, technology and many other sectors.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Full access to every feature for 30 days, no credit card required. If you don't continue, your account simply expires — nothing is charged automatically.
Can multiple team members use one account?
Yes — invite teammates from Settings → Users, with different roles (admin, member, etc.) per organisation.
Which social platforms can I publish to?
Trade Pilot AI supports connected publishing workflows for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Telegram and other destinations and formats (20+ in total). Where a platform does not offer a supported direct publishing API—such as Xiaohongshu or WeChat Channels—the system prepares a one-click download pack for manual upload.
